Baghdad Scuba Review battles for musical prestige

What makes a good band?
Last Friday at the Hamilton Center, Baghdad Scuba Review proved to be the best band out of the six entrants at the 10th-annual Battle of the Bands. The winner was decided through a panel of judges, including 91.7 FM WSUW radio adviser, Brian Lucas, and Bruce Birling, the owner of R&R Music, who helped support the event. The students also played a part in the decision, with ballot boxes to vote which band was the best.
